Federal agents arrested Diddy on Monday night following sex trafficking allegations.

His indictment remained sealed until Tuesday morning when it was revealed that Sean Combs is facing sex trafficking and racketeering charges. But what sentences do those charges carry?

According to a press release from the Department of Justice, the 54-year-old is “charged with one count of racketeering conspiracy, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison; one count of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison and a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison; and transportation for purposes of prostitution, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.”

That means Diddy could find himself incarcerated for at least 25 years, if not longer. On Tuesday, he offered up a $50 million bail package so he’d be released until the trial starts. The collateral includes his $48 million mansion on Miami’s Star Island and his mother's two million home in Miami.

Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo insisted upon the disgraced music mogul’s innocence following his arrest.

“He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal,” Agnifilo said in a statement shared with Complex on Tuesday. “To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”
