Video Shows Diddy Chatting and Laughing With Fans Minutes Before Arrest
The disgraced music mogul has been indicted on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
Diddy was seen happily chatting with fans minutes before being arrested in New York City on Monday night.
TMZ obtained footage of Sean Combs having a lively conversation with a group of men on the sidewalk, where he’s seen laughing with them. According to the outlet, the disgraced music mogul was arrested by federal agents around 30 minutes later and is now facing a criminal indictment.

Additional video acquired by TMZ shows Diddy and his entourage hanging out in front of the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan right before he was taken into custody and transported to the FBI field office in lower Manhattan. Earlier that day, Combs was spotted walking around NYC with his son, King Combs.
Diddy’s indictment remained sealed until Tuesday, when it was revealed that the 54-year-old is facing sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
“He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal,” Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo said in a statement shared with Complex. “To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”
Agnifilo doubled down on Combs’ innocence, telling reporters Tuesday morning that his client was “not guilty” of the charges.
