Alleged “required Freak Off supplies” are mentioned in the newly unsealed indictment against Diddy.

The Bad Boy Records founder was arrested in New York on Monday and has since been revealed to have been charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The accompanying docs, available in full here via NBC News, detail the allegations against the 54-year-old artist and longtime industry mogul. Of note are several mentions of alleged “Freak Offs,” a phrase that should be familiar to those who have been following the lawsuits and allegations against Diddy over the past year.

In Tuesday’s unsealed indictment, these “Freak Offs” are described as being made possible through “threats of force” and “coercion,” allegedly on Diddy’s part and others. Alleged victims are said to have been subjected to “extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers,” per the indictment. Furthermore, controlled substances are alleged to have been given to victims “in part” to keep them “obedient and compliant.”

Prosecutors said Tuesday that hotel rooms used for these alleged sessions were stocked with “the required Freak Off supplies,” listed as follows: controlled substances, baby oil, lubricant, extra linens, and lighting.

Searches of multiple Diddy-owned properties in March of this year resulted in the seizure of such supplies, officials added. Namely, law enforcement agencies say they seized narcotics and “more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.” That same month, per the indictment, three AR-15s and a drum magazine were also allegedly seized.

In a statement to Complex on Monday, shortly after Diddy's initial arrest but before the indictment was unsealed, Marc Agnifilo, an attorney for Diddy, said he and his client were “disappointed” by what they considered an “unjust prosecution.”

According to Agnifilo, Diddy is “an innocent man with nothing to hide.”
