A resurfaced 1999 interview with Entertainment Tonight shows Sean “Diddy” Combs saying that people will not only hear about his parties, but they would eventually lead to his arrest one day.

The now-prophetic statement comes after Diddy was asked about his parties, which were billed at the time as "the hottest ticket in town."

"They won't even give me a permit for the parties no more," he said. "They don't want me to throw the parties no more, but we ain't gonna stop. We gonna keep on having fun bringing people together from all walks of life."

"You're gonna hear about my parties," Diddy continued. "They're gonna be shutting them down. They're gonna probably be arresting me, doing all types of crazy things just 'cause we wanna have a good time."

Following his arrest on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, the unsealed indictment claims that Diddy hosted parties referred to as "Freak Offs" in which alleged victims endured "extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers" through "threats of force" or "coercion."

The disgraced mogul is also accused of distributing "a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant."

Diddy and the alleged victims "typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use" following these alleged parties, which were said to last several days.

"Whenever you bring up a different element into people's environment, things that broaden people's horizons, people get intimidated," Diddy said about his parties in the Entertainment Tonight interview. "It's a lot of people out there that feel intimidated by it."

According to Diddy, his parties were known for “breaking down racial barriers” and “breaking down generational barriers.”

"It’s cool," he said of people hoping to attend a Diddy party. "It doesn’t make me feel any way special. It doesn’t make me feel like a bigger person. It just makes me feel like I know how to throw a party.”

Diddy was placed on suicide watch while being held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center after he was arrested on Sept. 16. His hearing is scheduled for Oct. 9 at 2 p.m.
