After their first bail proposal was denied, legal representatives for Diddy have another offer.

According to TMZ, Diddy's legal team is proposing that if he's released on $50 million bail and returns to his Miami property, a nightly visitor log will be maintained and sent to the government. As ABC News reports, the music mogul's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said in a court appeal that Sean 'Diddy' Combs is "eminently trustworthy," with additional offers in the bail package including limited travel, allowing only family members, friends, and property maintenance to visit. Visitation from women will also be restricted, not including family and the mothers of his children.

Used as collateral in the bail offer are Miami homes belonging to Diddy and his mother, Janice Combs, while the bond would be co-signed by Diddy's mother, sister, Keisha Combs, his sons Quincy Brown, Justin, and Christian Combs, and the mothers of two of his daughters, Sara Chapman and Dana Tran.

Additionally, it's stated in legal documents that Diddy will refrain from contacting grand jury witnesses and has agreed to weekly drug testing. The proposed restrictions seem to acknowledge the accusations of Diddy allegedly holding "Freak Off" sessions, or lengthy sex parties at his properties, where guests were alleged to have been supplied with controlled substances and IV fluids. During the raids of his Miami and Los Angeles estates in March, Homeland Security officials seized over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant, which are alleged to have been a part of “required Freak Off supplies."

"Sean Combs has never evaded, avoided, eluded or run from a challenge in his life. He will not start now," Agnifilo wrote in his letter to Judge Robyn Tarnofsky.

With Diddy's initial bail refused on Tuesday (Sept. 17), an appeal hearing is scheduled to be held on at 3:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday (Sept. 18). Diddy, who is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center-Brooklyn, faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and prostitution transportation and faces up to life in prison, with a minimum of 15 years.
