Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Beverly Hills mansion is officially hitting the market.

According to Page Six, the mansion, located in the exclusive “Platinum Triangle” of Los Angeles, is a two-story, 13,000 square foot estate on 1.3 acres, and features luxury amenities including a state-of-the-art theater, guest house, and resort-like outdoor spaces.

The mansion, which was raided by Homeland Security in March but did not lead to any charges, will hit the market for $61 million. Reports that Diddy was looking to unload the home emerged in July.

Combs’ property is also said to be located on the stretch known as “Billionaire’s Row” where Kylie Jenner and Jimmy Iovine own homes. The infamous Playboy Mansion is also said to be nearby.

Sources close to the 54-year-old rapper told Page Six that the sale “comes as no surprise to insiders, despite the recent controversy surrounding the hip-hop mogul.”

The property is set to be listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform very soon.

Diddy reportedly made his Star Island home in Miami his permanent residence in recent years.

He allegedly has spent most of his time in Florida since he was hit with numerous sexual assault allegations since November, beginning with ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, 38, who accused him of rape, abuse, and sex trafficking during their 10-year relationship.
