Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes Squash Speculation of Rift With Hug at US Open
Swift and Mahomes sat in different suites during the Kansas City Chiefs season opener against the Baltimore Ravens.
Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes have cleared up any rumors that they were at odds by hanging out at the U.S. Open.
On Sunday, Swift and Mahomes attended the men's singles final at the annual tennis tournament in New York City, where they very publicly hugged before taking in all the action. Swift showed up with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, while Brittany arrived with her husband, Patrick Mahomes, and they all spoke to one another and even took a group photo.

The embrace comes after both women attended the Kansas City Chiefs' home opener against the Baltimore Ravens and watched in separate suites. Swift and Mahomes watched several NFL games together in the same suite last season, so naturally there was speculation over the state of their friendship
It also didn't help that Mahomes liked an Instagram post supporting former president Donald Trump. Swift hasn't publicly endorsed Kamala Harris and she's rarely political, so it should be no surprise to see her cozying up to someone who appears to support Trump for president.
