Yesterday, Rockets point guard Patrick Beverley exited Houston's victory over Indiana early due to a wrist sprain. Now, according to Yahoo's Marc Spears, Beverley may have to go the route of season-ending surgery. The announcement will be made tomorrow, and will come after it's determined whether or not Beverley can play through the injury, or if doing so would risk further ligament damage. So far this season, Beverley was averaging 10.1 points, 4.2 boards and 3.4 assists per night.
UPDATE:
According to Yahoo! Sports reporter Adrian Wojnarowski, Beverley has a torn ligament in his wrist:
