Detailed Look at the 'Stargazer' Nike Ja 2
Ja Morant's second signature shoe is expected to drop soon.
It appears that Nike may be gearing up to introduce a second signature sneaker for Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant, as evidenced by these images of the purported Ja 2 here.
According to leaker Sole Retriever, this inaugural colorway shared by @prm.cotd on Instagram is dubbed "Stargazer" (style code: FD7328-500) and will be released sometime during the holiday season this year. While the tech specs featured in the silhouette aren't known at the moment, the shoe has a low-cut mesh and leather upper, with Morant's signature branding on the tongue and heel tab. This specific makeup also dons speckled details at the forefoot and heel of the midsole, while a solid purple outsole appears below.
At the time of writing, the Nike Ja 2 has yet to be officially unveiled by the brand. Expect more information about the sneaker to arrive in the months ahead.
UPDATE (09/20): Official images of the "Stargazer" Nike Ja 2 colorway have loaded on the back end of Nike's website. Currently, release details for Morant's second signature shoe have not yet been announced by Nike.
