I'm a big fan of Nike's Cortez '72 OG, particularly the heel tabs. I know they fold down, but whatever you do, don't fold down the heel tabs if you wear these shoes. Let 'em fly in the wind while you walk to a job that you're technically not allowed to wear sneakers at. Hopefully your boss overlook your dress code transgressions because you're good at your job and not because they're just keeping you on until they find someone better who will do what you do for as little money as they pay you.
