Yes Skechers is being sued over its blatant rip-off Burst sneaker, but that's not stopping the brand from dropping new visuals on the shoe.

In a new video uploaded to the Skechers YouTube channel spotted by Jacques Slade, a voice that may or may not be the same guy who does dramatic movie trailers expounds upon the rich technical features of the shoe. Such features include the Burst compound that's "designed for shock absorption and maximum cushioning" and an upper that should look immediately familiar to anyone who's ever seen a pair of Flyknits in their life.

While Nike is the brand suing Skechers over the shoe seen in the video, the model also borrows from adidas quite a bit with its Boost-looking cushioning on bottom.
