Representing the "Fly Through" element of the Jordan Brand's new signature lineup is Carmelo Anthony's Melo M8, which was officially unveiled earlier today. With Melo's affinity for lightweight containment, the shoe retains the Flywire technology that was introduced to the line with the Melo M7 Advance. Other features include caged forefoot Zoom, heel Max Air, a full-length TPU chassis and a brand new Shield logo that represents Melo's loved ones.
The first three colorways of the Melo M8 pictured below are due out in October, while the "Cool Grey" colorway will be released in November. Is this change due to the NBA lockout? We can't confirm or deny that at the moment, but read on for information on when you can pick up Melo's latest.
