There's still a couple of heavy-hitting Air Jordan Retro 5 releases on tap for adults this year, but today it's the kids that will have the opportunity to lace themselves with a fresh pair of the fighter plane-inspired classic. Arriving at retailers today is the Air Jordan Retro 5 GS in black and Alarming Red. Like more aimed at the female Jordan consumer, the shoe sports an all-over black nubuck build with Alarming Red accenting the inner liner, '23' embroidery, heel branding and midsole teeth. The tongue follows tradition with the use of 3M reflective metallic silver, while a blue-tinted translucent outsole completes the look below.
Look for these at Jordan spots today, including Sweden's SNS. They're retailing for about $110.
