The 2018 NBA Christmas schedule may not have included the coordinated, themed sneakers of years past, but there was still no disappointment on the footwear front. Among the notable kicks was the return of #LeBronWatch with the “SuperBron” Nike LeBron 16 that dropped on the SNKRS app as the Lakers-Warriors game began. Another shoe that hit retail just in time for tipoff was Kyrie Irving’s “Ikhet” Kyrie 5, first seen on Sneaker Shopping. Paul George also debuted the blue colorway of his Playstation collab that drop tomorrow. Not all of the kicks will be hitting retail though—customs, along with some extra-exclusive PEs were also spotted throughout the five-game schedule. Check out the 20 best below:
20.Li-Ning Yu Shuai 12 'Christmas' PE
Worn by: C.J. McCollum & Evan Turner
Portland Trail Blazers teammates and fellow Li-Ning endorsees C.J. McCollum & Evan Turner laced up their own Christmas-themed PEs of the latest entry in the brand's Yu Shuai franchise. McCullum opted for a more traditional red and gold motiff while Turner's featured a graphic paying tribute to the '80s film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.
