Part of Jordan Brand's continuing celebration of its 30th anniversary, the Air Jordan VII Retro is set to release in a fresh new colorway.

While many sneakerheads have come to call these the "Marvin the Martians" - after the popular Looney Tunes character that made an appearance alongside Bugs Bunny in the original Air Jordan VII advertisements - Jordan Brand is officially stating the inspiration from these came from "nighttime lights of Barcelona." As most of you know, the Air Jordan VII was the model Michael Jordan wore en route to winning Olympic gold with the much ballyhooed 1992 Dream Team. Considering the celebration that took place, you could theoretically call these the "After Party" VIIs. Heh.

Anyway, the official colorway of the shoe is listed as "Black/Blue Graphite/Retro/Infrared 23" and with it being a Remastered model, you know that quality of its nubuck and leather upper is going to be top notch. The fun starts on Saturday, March 7 with retail coming in at $190.
