Actor Who Played Alfalfa in ‘Little Rascals’ Gets Backlash for Sexism After Calling His Daughters ‘Dishwashers’
He suggested that his four daughters were "dishwashers" while he called his son his "heir."
Brandon “Bug” Hall, known for playing Alfalfa Switzer in the cult classic film The Little Rascals, has been under fire for sexist comments he made about his daughters.
The former actor celebrated the birth of his son, Mark Athanasius Chad Anhtony Hall-Barnett, earlier this week with a post on X. “I have an heir!” he wrote. “Mama and baby are both doing great. My bride’s fifth delivery, third all natural.”

The wording of his post made people question what he meant by finally having an heir. He already has four daughters — with this being the birth of his first male child. Responding to questions about his wording, Hall wrote, “I said heir, not dishwasher.”
This led X users to call him out — one of them being writer Ashley Reese who responded, “Vile way to talk about your daughters.”
Hall chose to respond to her with what seems to be a racist insult: “You’re just mad that my wife’s children are all from the same father.”
Since then, Hall has yet to retract his statements or even issue an apology to anyone he's offended. He later posted about his frustration with the birth certification process. "I just had to cross out 'birthing parent' and 'non birthing parent' on the birth certificate form, and replaced them with 'mother' and 'father,' Hall wrote. "They even changed 'mother's maiden name' to 'mother's previous legal name.' They really do hate you and everything you believe in."
Later on, he even brought back up “dishwashers” again. “Alright this was some wild fun,” wrote Hall. “The dishwashers are making a ruckus.”
Prior to this, Hall last made major headlines when he was arrested in 2020 for allegedly huffing air duster cans.
