HTC Announces Android 4.0 Upgrade Plans for Phones

We’ve got great news for those of you using a HTC Android phone. The Taiwanese handset maker announced today a list of phones that will be receiving an upgrade to Google’s Android 4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich. The phones eligible for the upgrade are the HTC Rhyme, the HTC Thunderbolt, the DROID Incredible 2, and the newly released HTC Rezound. There’s no word on when the upgrade will be available, but it’s good to see HTC taking a step to keep some of its customers up to date with the latest software.
