Five days after the Harvey Weinstein sexual assault allegations started going public, Ben Affleck issued a statement saying he was "saddened and angry" about Weinstein's "unacceptable" actions. Affleck's statement was quickly followed by a "fuck off" from Rose McGowan, as well as a reminder from Hilarie Burton that the actor once allegedly groped her during a TRL interview:

Wednesday, a 2004 interview with Affleck started making the rounds again in light of the resurfaced TRL groping. The clip, spotlighted by Death and Taxes, sees Affleck questioning Box-Office host Anne-Marie Losique's choice of attire while making derogatory remarks about her breasts as she sits in his lap. "You usually show a lot more cleavage than this," Affleck says in the clip up top. "What's the story?" After Affleck is told that "it's Sunday morning," he continues: "That never stopped you before, from getting them titties out. Who you trying to fool? Sunday morning. You could be in church. You should have that rack on display."

Later in the clip, Affleck makes additional comments about her breasts being "suspiciously firm" and asks her if she has a boyfriend. Elsewhere, Affleck jokes about the two of them having sex, suggests they "do a Janet Jackson thing," and—out of nowhere—mocks cerebral palsy.

Losique responded by saying the video has been taken "completely out of context" and that Affleck was respectful during their interaction. "You have to understand that we have done dozens and dozens of interviews like that. It was for a show I was producing, so I was not at all a victim," she told The Hollywood Reporter. "When the cameras rolled, we would start to do that game. As soon as it stopped rolling, there was none of that. He never touched me in any improper way. He was very respectful, I must say."

She added, "I can't say I am thrilled to have that interview mixed in with the other stories because I don't think that is at all the same thing... It has been blown out of proportion. I know that people like fishing for anything, but this is completely out of context. I would like this to not have any negative impact on him. I find it sad."

Losique also shared her own experience with Weinstein. "I knew he was a player. He did invite me once at the Toronto Film Festival to go up to his suite for an interview. Of course I did not go. And it stopped there. He said, 'I would be more comfortable in my suite.' I said, 'Umm no.' I am not saying something would have happened, but I made sure nothing happened."

Though Affleck has not commented on this latest resurfaced clip, he apologized Wednesday for acting "inappropriately" toward Burton:
