In a recent New York Times article, Young Thug shares his thoughts on the alleged beef with Lil Wayne and the tour bus shooting that went down in April. Wayne’s tour bus was shot at in Atlanta, and the investigation documents named Young Thug and Birdman as possibly involved.

“I got millions to get, I’m not running around shooting no damn bus,” Young Thug says.

On the Lil Wayne situation, he insists that there is no animosity: “I’m not just being lame or trying to do something smooth. I told the whole world you my idol, and whenever you stop I’m gonna keep going. Both of us grew up the same thing, the same gang man — Y.M.C.M.B. Why should you ever in your life even feel like we against each other?”
