YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s mother Sherhonda Gaulden went to social media to open up about having 12 grandchildren.

The Top rapper’s mother took to Facebook this week to open up about having so many grandkids and seemingly threw a bit of shade at some of the mothers.

“I have 12 grandchildren all under 5,” she wrote. “I have to have a relationship with their mothers until they’re old enough to come and call on their own until then, I love them all.”

Gaulden isn’t the first one in YoungBoy’s circle to speak publicly about the Baton Rouge rapper’s life as a father.

Back in February, Floyd Mayweather spoke with the Pivot podcast team about his daughter Yaya having a baby with YoungBoy, saying he’s “proud” of them both.

“I’m proud of my daughter even though she’s a little young to have a baby,” Mayweather said. “She’s 21 and she’ll be 22 this year but I’m proud of her. I’m proud of NBA YoungBoy. Very, very talented young kid. One of the biggest artists, as far as in music. He got a cult-like following. I look at him just like one of my sons. I only want the best for him and I don’t want him having beef with anyone.”

On the music side of things, YoungBoy has continued his momentum into the new year, following up his latest mixtape Colors with a string of singles he’s released on his official YouTube account:  “Mr. Grim Reaper,” “Free Meechy,” “Whatever I Say,” “SuperBowl,” and “Opposite.”
