Justin Timberlake has come out on top in his DWI case.

TMZ reports that the singer accepted a plea deal on Wednesday, which reduces the DWI charge to a traffic violation, a non-criminal offense. According to insiders, Timberlake and the judge agreed on a charge of Driving While Ability Impaired. He will reportedly have to pay a $300 to $500 fine.

In June, Timberlake was pulled over by Sag Harbor police in the Hamptons and was later charged with a misdemeanor after officers said he ran through a stop sign and couldn’t stay in his lane while driving.

Police determined that the 42-year-old was intoxicated and asked him to take a breathalyzer test, which he refused. He was subsequently arrested and his license was suspended.

When officers pulled Timberlake over, they reportedly “didn’t know who he was at first,” a source told Page Six in June. The moment spawned a now-viral, memeified conversation between the two; Timberlake was on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour at the time. "Justin said under his breath, ‘This is going to ruin the tour.’ The cop replied, ‘What tour?’ Justin said, ‘The world tour,'” an insider shared.

JT pleaded not guilty to the original charges and his lawyer has insisted that Justin “was not intoxicated.”
