Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder Dame Dash had a bit of a mishap while responding to 50 Cent's recent comments about him.

During a recent Instagram Live session, Dame Dash was fielding questions from viewers when someone asked if he would ever work on a movie or TV project with Fif.

"Yeah I would get with homie, if he wanna work we can work," he said, before alluding to Fif's recent criticism of him on Million Dollaz Worth of Game. "I'm never mad at generals linking up. I wouldn't've even acknowledged him if I didn't think he was worthy [being] an opponent. A lot of n***as talk shit, I don't even acknowledge it but 50 Cent, oh yeah let's go."

He said that he wants to see if 50 Cent can put his money where his mouth is. "I wanna see how real it is," he continued. "I wanna see your television network. I wanna see you direct a movie. I wanna see your clothing line. I wanna see if you the real deal."

At this point, he went to take a sip of his drink when his diamond grills popped out of his mouth. He then turned the camera away from him and passed it off to someone else as he went to fix the issue. "My diamond grills popped out because that's what happens when you're broke," he wrote in the caption for the clip.

50 Cent responded with a post on Instagram. "Wow ya man teeth fell out his mouth LOL," he wrote alongside a video that promotes his new book. "What a week, all roads lead to Shreveport let's work. LMAO."

Dame later addressed the incident in an IG video.

"First of all, shit is not dentures. These are my grills," he said, as he showed them off to the camera. "What happened was I have to go get implants put in ‘cause I have implants. And I got them 20 years ago, and every 20 years, you gotta switch them out. So I have to do [an oral] surgery.”

He then popped out the grill to show that he has no front teeth. “So that’s what happened," he added. "I thought it was hilarious.”

In a preview of his upcoming episode of Million Dollaz Worth of Game, Fif took shots at Dame Dash for attempting to downplay his first record contract. “The only person that pointed out a million dollars was no money was Damon Dash and he has no money now,” he said. “How you gonna say that’s no money?"

Last month, Dame Dash opened up about his financial situation. "Somebody asked me how I got so broke. Investing in my dreams," Dame explained. "You know, when you’re investing in your dreams and you dream big, you’re always gonna be broke…or have a lot of shit. But I don’t have no money for nobody else. That's what you call broke. But that’s what it is."

The court-mandated auction of his stake in Roc-A-Fella was recently delayed because he owes $193,000 in unpaid child support and $8.7 million in back taxes.
