Taylor Swift has canceled her concerts in Vienna, Austria this week after two suspects were arrested for allegedly plotting a terrorist attack.

Swift was scheduled to perform three Eras Tour concerts from Thursday through Saturday at Vienna’s Ernst-Happel-Stadion. However, the shows were canceled after authorities arrested a 19-year-old Austrian citizen and another suspect. According to ABC News, both suspects were reportedly radicalized online.

The 19-year-old suspect had allegedly pledged allegiance to the Islamic State in July and reportedly had targeted the “Fortnight” singer’s concert.

Barracuda Music, the local promoter, announced the cancellation for “safety reasons” on their official social media account and confirmed that all tickets would be automatically refunded.

Swift’s concerts were expected to draw 65,000 attendees inside the stadium each day, with an additional 10,000 to 15,000 fans outside the area, according to law enforcement.

This incident follows another recent tragedy involving Swift's fans. Three young girls were fatally stabbed last Monday during a Swift-inspired dance class in Southport, England. Eight others were injured in the attack, which was carried out by a 17-year-old male suspect who was later taken into custody.

"The horror of yesterday’s attack in Southport is washing over me continuously and I’m just completely in shock," Swift wrote on her Instagram Story at the time.

"The loss of life and innocence and the horrendous trauma inflicted on everyone who was there, the families, and first responders," she continued. "These were just little kids at a dance class. I am at a complete loss for how to ever convey my sympathies to these families."

As of press time, Swift has not responded to the cancellation of her Vienna concerts.
