6ix9ine Appears to Respond to Yailin La Más Abuse Lawsuit by Posting Message in Spanish
The couple began dating last August after collaborating on their song "Pa Ti."
Tekashi 6ix9ine has appeared to respond to his ex-girlfriend Yailín La Más Viral's lawsuit accusing the rapper of domestic violence and theft.
The 22-year-old, born Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Díaz, accused 28-year-old 6ix9ine, born Daniel Hernández, of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse over the course of a year, according to a lawsuit reviewed by Dominican outlet De Ultimo Minuto.
In a post to his Instagram Stories, 6ix9ine shared a video that appears to show bank account information and a message in Spanish that seemingly addresses the allegations made against him by Yailín. “The person that’s advising her that thinks it’s a good idea to lie, let them know that it’s better to go against the devil than against me," reads the message translated to English. "This is the United States of America, not DR. Over there you can manipulate people and confuse them with fake press and gossip. Over here, I shit on lawsuits and then piss on them. My life and my past have taught me that you can never trust anyone and to always keep proof for moments like this.”

Yailín also accused the rapper of drugging her while stealing and diverting hundreds of thousands of dollars of her earnings for his own use.
“The accused used misappropriated funds to pay for lavish expenses for his own entertainment, while he manipulated, embarrassed, and coerced the plaintiff into undergoing unnecessary plastic surgery and other cosmetic procedures,” the complaint reportedly read.
Per the outlet, the suit says that the dembow artist ended her romantic and professional ties with Tekashi after she allegedly learned of his theft and fraud in August 2024.
Elsewhere in the suit, Yailín reportedly claimed that the “Fefe” rapper posted intimate and sexually explicit photos and images of her on X. However, he allegedly re-uploaded the content “in a cunning and illegal manner” after Yailín’s management succeeded in removing the content from social media.
The duo first collaborated on the single “Pa Ti” in June 2023, which led to speculation that they were a couple. They reportedly made things official two months later and moved into each other’s homes in Miami and the Dominican Republic, per People en Español.
In January, 6ix9ine was arrested in Santo Domingo, where he was accused of “physical and psychological violence” allegedly against Yailín after a warrant was filed by her mother, Wanda Díaz, who claimed to be present during the attack.
Earlier this month, Tekashi released “Respuesta”—Spanish for "Response"—and the music video features clips of the pair throughout their relationship.
Yailín is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, and requesting a permanent injunction against 6ix9ine that would bar him from republishing intimate photos of her.
