50 Cent was one of 6ix9ine's earliest big-name supporters and he's co-signed the controversial young rapper on several occasions. Now, it seems the two might be turning their friendship into a collaborative relationship.
Music producer Blanco recently hinted that a collaboration between 50 Cent, 6ix9ine, and Uncle Murda called "Get The Strap" will appear on the current season of 50's Starz television show, Power.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, he wrote, "This Get The Strap Record Is [fire emoji] @unclemurda x @50cent x @6ix9ine. Produced By @trilogy x @tellemblancosentya The Song Will Premier On Power S5 Episode 8." The eighth episode of Season 5 is currently slated to air on August 19.
This weekend, 50 and 6ix9ine were seen together at a club in the Hamptons, celebrating 50's champagne brand, Le Chemin Du Roi.
After the event, 50 posted a video of 6ix9ine performing "Billy" and told fans to "shut the fuck up" if they don't like his music, until they make something better.
"I’m telling you the kids love the young boy," 50 wrote. "He is working on his self, we all have things we should work on. If you don’t like music make something better. Until then shut the fuck up. Get the strap."
