Bella Hadid now has a restraining order against the man whose actions "caused her to fear for her physical safety."

Monday, E! News obtained court documents showing an order of protection was issued on Feb. 9 against Brian Perez, the 37-year-old alleged stalker. One day earlier, Perez was arrested on second-degree aggravated harassment and fourth-degree stalking charges. Hadid told authorities she first received "multiple" messages from Perez on Instagram last December. Then, earlier this month, Perez sent Hadid a video claiming to be near her home. Hadid also later spotted Perez in front of her home and heard him screaming her name.

Perez has reportedly verified that the Instagram account belonged to him, admitted to sending the messages, and told New York City authorities he was at Hadid's home at the time of his spotting. Initial reports of Perez's arrest added that he had been "standing in front of [Hadid's] building with the intent to annoy and harass her" and had also sent messages "threatening" Hadid's family. Perez is slated to make his next court appearance March 12.

Bella joined sister Gigi Hadid for Prabal Gurung's New York Fashion Week show Sunday, closing out the designer's presentation of the Fall 2018 collection.
