Steph Curry Responds to Houston Haters Leaving 1-Star Reviews on Wife's Restaurant

Houston residents trashed Ayesha Curry's new restaurant, which will open in Houston next month, before they could even try it out. Now, Steph Curry has defended International Smoke.

Steph Curry has his wife's back. Ayesha's new restaurant, International Smoke, is opening a new location in Houston next month. Before it has even opened its doors, Houston Rockets fans—still upset with the Rockets' Western Conference Finals loss to Golden State—have left numerous one-star reviews for the restaurant on Yelp.

The Yelp page basically transformed into a battleground for Warriors and Rockets fans.

Y'all it's gotten so much worse. There are now 47 reviews and it's basically Warriors and Rockets fans going back and forth turning Yelp into a Twitter feud 😂😂 pic.twitter.com/ZSt3eWKIeH

Wednesday night, Steph responded, supporting his wife while publicizing a bit of the delicious-sounding menu.

Hey @ayeshacurry. Guess I’ll have @EatAtSmoke in Houston 2 Myself twice next year 🤷🏽‍♂️. More Ribs and Shellfish and Burratta and Duck Wings And Instant Bacon And Salmon And Brussels Sprouts and fried Rice and Mac&Cheese and Cornbread and (did I say Ribs) for me! #5StarReview

If you saw footage from Steph's lit 30th birthday party, you know the two-time MVP sure does love ribs. It seems Kehlani also likes the restaurant, which opened in the Bay Area late last year.
