Yes, the American classic Converse Chuck Taylor All Star was once actually made in the USA. This clean '60s pair (approximate production date can be established by the heel tab) is an unusual color and size (a Celtics-ready 13.5), but the relative rarity of U.S.-made Converse should keep the price rising. It would be nice to see new Made in America Chucks—until then, this is the only way to get them.
