HBO has shared the full trailer for Season 2 of Barry, and it looks like the Bill Hader-starring dark comedy/drama series will take us through even more twists and turns than before.

While the Season 2 teaser from January didn’t give us much to go on, the new trailer gives us a pretty good idea of what direction things are headed. Henry Winkler's Gene, Anthony Carrigan's NoHo Hank, and Sarah Goldberg's Sally all make a full return, as Barry continues to pursue his newfound acting and screenwriting career, and finds work in a retail shop. The season wouldn't be complete without Hank trying to rope Barry into another harebrained scheme. Stephen Root’s Monroe Fuches also stages a comeback, to warn Barry about sharing the truth about who he is.

Season 2 will also see Hiro Murai return to direct an unknown number of episodes. He previously handled two of the first season's eight episodes. Hader has shared his enthusiasm for Murai's work, notably sharing that the "Teddy Perkins" episode of Atlanta was "one of the best things I'd ever seen in my life."

Barry made a splash last year when it premiered, receiving overwhelming praise and winning two Emmy Awards.
