Over the course of seven seasons, Game of Thronesundoubtedly changed the landscape of television by bringing forward strong women leads, having movie-level production, and making us wait over a year for new seasons. And now, according to one of its stars, it’s going out with a bang.

During an interview on The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show, Kit Harington, aka Jon Snow, spoke candidly about the upcoming final season of GoT. He admitted to being "maybe not happy, but very satisfied" with how things end up in Westeros.

"I'm so excited for people to see it," Harington told Ball. "I think it's going to be extraordinary, hopefully it'll change TV again like it did originally, and break boundaries. I think it might."

What does that mean? Does Daenerys Targaryen finally take the throne? Or are they all murdered by White Walkers?

Whatever the outcome, Harington is certainly glad it’s over, after playing Snow for the past decade. “It was like it was designed to make you think, ‘Right, I’m fucking sick of this,’” he said about filming the final season, during a recent interview with GQ Australia. “The last season of Thrones seemed to be designed to break us.”

An official trailer for the finale finally dropped over the weekend, as the remaining Stark children face their mortality in the family crypt. If you haven’t seen it yet, wyd with your life?
