Jessica Williams and DeWanda Wise Join Jordan Peele's Upcoming 'Twilight Zone' Reboot

Jessica Williams and DeWanda Wise are the two newest actresses set to play a part in an episode of Jordan Peele's upcoming 'Twilight Zone' reboot.

DeWanda Wise and Jessica Williams have been announced as the newest additions to Jordan Peele's CBS All-Access Twilight Zone revival, according to Deadline. This would put them on a list that already includes: Greg Kinnear, Sanaa Lathan, Steven Yuen, John Cho, Adam Scott, Kumail Nanjiani, and Allison Tolman, among many others.

Wise has previous credits for The Good Wife,Boardwalk Empire, Law & Order: SVU, and The Mentalist. She also currently plays Nola Darling in Netflix's version of Spike Lee’s She’s Gotta Have It. Williams is known for her appearances on The Daily Show, Girls,Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, The Incredible Jessica James, and the podcast/HBO specials 2 Dope Queens. Williams is also slated to write, executive produce, and star in an upcoming Showtime comedy.

The upcoming Twilight Zone revival will be the iconic show's third, and it was officially ordered for CBS' streaming service in December 2017. Peele is set to helm, host, and narrate. The new Twilight Zone is expected to premiere sometime in 2019.
