This week continues to be a haze as we progress through the bleak world following Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande’s split. As with any breakup, Pete and Ari’s cancelled engagement also affects those around them, including their pet teacup pig Piggy Smallz.

Fortunately the couple already seems to be amicably dividing their belongings, avoiding what could be the custody battle of the year. According to TMZ, Ari has already returned the six-figure engagement ring Davidson had custom made for her in June. Hopefully Pete will be able to use it as a down payment on a new apartment, now that he’s not crashing in Grande’s $16 million crib.

But what about the Piggy? The pop singer bought the pig in September as an emotional support animal, but Pete claimed he named the pet and even got a tattoo of the lil guy on his torso.

Still, both TMZ and The Blast say the pig is staying put with Ariana. The pig starred in the singer’s video for “Breathin,’” and sleeps in a crib at Grande’s apartment, so it only makes sense.

Her latest IG post features a photo of the pig resting peacefully after taking a dump on her pillow. “Breakups can be devastating for a pig,” a mini pig expert told The Blast. “Pigs are incredibly sensitive animals.”

We’re sending love to Piggy Smallz during this difficult time.

Hopefully Grande also gives back the FDNY badge that belonged to Davidson’s late father.
