Last week during an appearance on Atlanta radio station V-103, Katt Williams went in on everybody from Kevin Hart to Tiffany Haddish, including the show’s own host Wanda Smith. His loose lips got the comedian into some trouble, because on Saturday night Smith’s husband allegedly pointed a gun at Williams in retaliation for his comments.

Check out a clip below of the conversation, where Williams drags Smith over her hair, clothes, and weight. You can also watch the entire interview in the video linked above.

As reported by multiple local outlets, the comedian told Gwinnett County police Saturday night that Smith’s husband LaMorris Sellers aimed a gun at him outside of the Atlanta Comedy Theater in Norcross.

Smith was also at the Atlanta Comedy Theater when they crossed paths, following the heated on-air exchange. On her radio show Monday, according to AJC, Smith claims Williams said to her, “I told you fuckin’ with me will make you go viral!” This upset Sellers, who allegedly then pointed the gun.

According to the police report, Williams “and his security guard fled [to] the Food Depot next door where the officer had his initial contact with them.”

Sellers claims that “his gun fell from his waistband and he bent to retrieve it however, he never pointed it at anyone,” after Williams started a verbal altercation with the couple. Store footage does show him chasing the comedian, but no gun.

Williams has since decided not to press any charges.

Alternatively, both Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish played it really cool when responding to the comedian’s negative comments about them. Tiffany tweeted, “I just want to shower you with REAL Love cause you need it.”

Williams said on the show that Haddish hadn’t done enough to earn her success. Hart begged to differ in a video posted to Instagram, where he praised Tiffany for all of her hard work.

This is all happening only about a week after Williams won an Emmy for his guest appearance as Donald Glover’s crazy uncle in Atlanta.
