The new trailer for Captain Marvel, starring Academy Award winner Brie Larson, is here.

The first full trailer for the twenty-first entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe premiered during Tuesday's Good Morning America with an assist from Larson herself. As you surely know by now, Larson plays Carol Danvers (a.k.a. Captain Marvel) and is joined in the cast by Ben Mendelsohn, Samuel L. Jackson, Gemma Chan, Jude Law, and more.

"I keep having these memories," Larson's Danvers says in the new trailer. "I see flashes. I think I had a life here, but I can't tell if it's real." Same. Catch the full trailer up top.

"That is something that is really exciting to me about this film: We did not cut corners on that stuff," Larson toldEntertainment Weekly earlier this month of the film's unique tone. "Like, when it's funny, it is funny, but also when there's deep emotional things happening, it's real. So I was able to bring some of those same things that I've brought to full dramatic roles into this, which I'm really proud of because I think it will really set this film apart."

Captain Marvel, directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, hits theaters Mar. 8, 2019.

Larson is currently in production on Destin Daniel Cretton's Just Mercy, co-starring Jamie Foxx and Michael B. Jordan.
