Former E! News host Catt Sadler quit the network last month after she learned her male co-host was getting paid almost twice her salary, and as such she became something of a hot topic at Golden Globes this year. Actresses across Hollywood caught wind of the news, and they weren't too impressed. Before the ceremony even took place, Amy Schumer called out E! on her Instagram, posting, "If you’re on the carpet tonight or at home post in support and ask @eentertainment what happened?”

Schumer wasn't the only one calling out E!, however, as Debra Messing brought up the pay disparity on the red carpet later that night. “Time is up and we want diversity, we want intersectional gender parity, we want equal pay,” she explained to E! News' Giuliana Rancic. “I was so shocked to hear that E! doesn’t believe in paying their female co-hosts the same as their male co-hosts.”

Eva Longoria also addressed the issue while talking with Ryan Seacrest, and Brie Larson took to Twitter to offer her support. "We stand with you @IAmCattSadler – equal pay for equal work! #TIMESUP#WhyWeWearBlack,” she wrote. When Sadler initially heard about the difference in pay between her and co-host Jason Kennedy, she requested they pay her the same amount, but E! refused.

When asked about the support she's received in light of the news, she told Page Six, "I am immensely grateful for the outpouring of support today. Thank you to Amy, Debra, Eva, Brie, Julianne and so many more women using their voices on behalf of us all. Time's Up."
