The Blac Chyna vs. Kardashian saga continues as Chyna added new documents to her lawsuit against Kim, Kris, and Rob. The suit, filed back in October, claims that the family is responsible for the failure of her E! series and Kardashians spin-off Rob & Chyna.
According to TMZ, Chyna claims in new documents that leaving the family provoked the Kardashian clan to use their power to take her down. "The unwritten rule no one told (her) when she began her relationship with Kardashian is that the entire family will come after you if you leave,” the document reads. “Using their fame, wealth and power to take you down, including getting your television show canceled (despite great ratings), spreading lies about you, and even funding a bogus lawsuit about a crumbled gingerbread house." Of course that can't be said for Scott Disick or Lamar Odom, who continue to make appearances in the Kardashians' lives despite "leaving the family."
When Chyna first filed the suit, she named every Kardashian sister as a defendant. Now, the 29-year-old is only suing Kim, Kris, and Rob for the show cancellation and “destroying her career so she would not compete with them.” The lawsuit also originally claimed that Rob verbally and physically abused Chyna, but those charges were reportedly dropped in exchange for $20 thousand a month in child support for their daughter Dream.
The Kardashians and E! maintain that the reason for Rob & Chyna’s cancellation is the restraining order Chyna filed against Rob and low ratings. In December, the Kardashians responded to the suit by filing legal documents asking the judge to throw out the lawsuit and doubling down on their claim that Chyna had left Dream at home while going out to party. We'll have to wait and see how the courts decide to handle this messy case, but fingers crossed some of the drama makes it into this season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
