Following Ben Affleck's apology to Hilarie Burton for groping her during an early '00s TRL appearance, makeup artist Annamarie Tendler has alleged that the actor "grabbed my ass" during a Golden Globes party in 2014. In a series of tweets Wednesday, Tendler said Affleck "cupped" her and "pressed his finger into my crack." Affleck, Tendler said, then tried to play off the alleged incident by acting like it was an accident.

Girls. I'm so impressed with you brave ones. I had to laugh back then so I wouldn't cry. Sending love.

The tweets were shared by Tendler's husband, comedian John Mulaney. The two were married in 2014.

I acted inappropriately toward Ms. Burton and I sincerely apologize

After Affleck received criticism earlier this week for his delayed statement on the wave of allegations against now-former Weinstein Company chairman Harvey Weinstein, Hilarie Burton responded to a tweet saying Affleck "also grabbed [her] breasts on TRL once" with a simple "I didn't forget." Burton later tweeted video of her discussing the incident on a previous MTV segment. Another Twitter user shared footage of the incident itself.

@benaffleck “GODDAMNIT! I TOLD HIM TO STOP DOING THAT” you said that to my face. The press conf I was made to go to after assault. You lie.

Affleck later apologized to Burton for what he called acting "inappropriately" toward her.

A video of Affleck in a 2004 Jersey Girl-promoting interview also resurfaced this week, though the interviewer seen in the clip has since said the footage is being taken out of context. "It has been blown out of proportion," Losique told the Hollywood Reporter Wednesday. "I know that people like fishing for anything, but this is completely out of context. I would like this to not have any negative impact on him. I find it sad."

Amid the Weinstein revelations, Rose McGowan told Affleck to "fuck off." McGowan also accused Affleck of lying.

On Thursday, the New York City Police Department confirmed that Weinstein was now under investigation. In a new statement to Page Six Wednesday afternoon, Weinstein—who has previously claimed all encounters were consensual—said he was "profoundly devastated" by Georgina Chapman's decision to end their marriage. "I fully support her decision," he said. "I didn't stand in Georgina's way when we discussed a separation, I encouraged her to do what was in her heart."
