LaBeouf is currently shooting 'The Peanut Butter Falcon' in Georgia, a place where it's actually really fun to get publicly drunk.

We could be talking about Don "I Use Bull Urine for Hair Gel" Jr. tweeting out what many are calling the Trump-Russia smoking gun, but TMZ has somehow obtained footage of Shia LaBeouf's recent arrest in Georgia, so I guess we'll be talking about that instead.

As previously reported, LaBeouf was arrested by the Savannah Police Department in a hotel lobby early Saturday morning. According to the Associated Press, LaBeouf was released after posting bond on charges including public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. LaBeouf, police claimed, first asked someone for a cigarette. The cigarette request was denied, at which point cops claim LaBeouf "became disorderly" by using profanity and acting aggressively toward an officer.

In excerpted body cam footage shared by TMZ Tuesday, LaBeouf is heard protesting the arrest, noting that he's a tax-paying American. "I have rights," LaBeouf says. "I'm an American. You've got me in my hotel, arresting me in my hotel, for doing what, sir? You really got these cuffs on me heavy, bro."

Once inside the cop car, LaBeouf is heard making repeated requests to be taken out of handcuffs. He also references the walking disease that's unfortunately residing in the White House. "You got a president that don't give a shit about you, and you're stuck in a police force that don't give a fuck about you, so you want to arrest white people who give a fuck, who ask for cigarettes?" LaBeouf tells one of the officers. Watch the full clip up top.

LaBeouf is in town shooting The Peanut Butter Falcon, Tyler Nilson and Mike Schwartz's forthcoming film also starring Bruce Dern and Dakota Johnson.
