Yo Gotti Reportedly Spent $500K In Hermès Gifts for Angela Simmons' 37th Birthday
The Memphis rapper and Collective Music Group label took his girlfriend on a lavish trip to Utah for the occasion.
Angela Simmons' 37th birthday was an expensive occasion, with boyfriend Yo Gotti spending $500,000 in gifts.
The couple took to the Utah mountains this week, where Yo Gotti surprised his girlfriend of nearly two years with lavish presents, all from French luxury house Hermès. Among the gifts were a matching Himalaya Kelly Birkin bag and diamond Himalaya watch. Between Simmons receiving her gifts and relaxing, the socialite and entrepreneur posed for Gotti's camera while poolside, as seen in her boyfriend's Instagram post below.
"She was absolutely stunned when she opened the gifts,” a source told Us Weekly. "Gotti loves to go all out for Angela on her birthday. He’s very thoughtful when it comes to gift-giving and wanted to get her presents that were both unique and hard to source."
The source added that Gotti and Simmons are "in a great place in their relationship" and that because of their busy schedules, "it was important for them to take time for themselves and go on a new adventure."
"They just get each other. They’re both entrepreneurs, so they respect and appreciate each other’s ambition and work ethic. They bounce ideas off each other and push themselves to become the best entrepreneurs they can be.”
Gotti recapped the private getaway in an Instagram post, one year after he took Simmons and those closest to her on a trip to the Bahamas for her 35th birthday.
