Tory Lanez and Trippie Redd Host a Dodgeball Game in the Video for "Ferris Wheel"

It's been a heavy week for Trippie Redd news—and we're only at Tuesday.

The Ohio rapper recently caused a stir when he ignited a beef with Slim Jxmmi, and showed his newly inked "666" eyelid tattoo.

Trippie returned to headlines this afternoon for a much less controversial reason: He and Tory Lanez dropped off the official music video for "Ferris Wheel."

The visual, co-directed by Lanez and Midjordan, finds the rappers taking over a high school and transforming it into a full-fledged function. There's a lot of classic teen movie elements within the video, including everything from a dodgeball scene and a rowdy classroom to the cheerleading squad and a bumbling principle.

You can check out the "Ferris Wheel" visual above. The track appeared on Lanez's 2018 Love Me Now? album. Lanez is now preparing to drop a collaborative project with Meek Mill, a Spanish-language record El Agua, and the fifth installment of his Chixtape series. The Canadian artist recently teased the latter on Instagram:
