YG Sued for Assault, Battery and Theft at Las Vegas Hotel and Casino

A fan has filed a lawsuit against YG alleging that he was assault by the rapper’s crew and had his gold chain and diamond pendant snatched over an attempt at a photo gone wrong.

TMZ has learned that someone filed a lawsuit against YG alleging that the rapper got his crew to beat him up after he unsuccessfully tried to get a picture at the Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino last month. Court documents claim that YG not only rejected the fan’s request for a photo, but the Compton native started cursing at him, and as he walked away, he told his crew to "get him."

The man alleges that the rapper’s crew proceeded to surround him, punching him in the face, and holding him down. While "totally out of it," the fan claims that YG came over to him, and snatched his diamond-laced pendant and gold chain.

YG and his crew immediately fled the scene. The fan is suing YG for assault, battery, and theft. He also wants at least $250,000. The guy is also roping the Vegas hotel where the incident took place into this matter over their lack of adequate security.

Complex has reached out to a rep for YG for comment.
