Tinashe was recently spotted hanging out with Blake Griffin in Las Vegas, but rest assured the singer is totally over dating pro ballers.
TMZ bothered the singer leaving a restaurant in L.A. on Wednesday night and asked how her dating life is going. Tinashe replied with a possibly sarcastic “excellent!” The interviewer then asked what she’s looking for in her ideal guy, to which she matter-of-factly replied “not to be an idiot.”
The “idiot” in question could be a jab at her recent ex Ben Simmons, who shortly after the couple's rumored breakup was spotted canoodling with model and reality star Kendall Jenner. But some sources say Jenner and Simmons had been dating for weeks, possibly while Simmons was still attached to the “2 On” singer.
The brief couple months they dated put Tinashe courtside at Simmons’ 76ers games, something she’s unlikely to be doing again anytime soon. "Oh yeah. That's 100,” she said when asked if she’s sworn off pro ballers.
Jenner and Simmons’ romantic rendezvous isn’t going very smoothly either. The model was spotted making out with Anwar Hadid, little brother to friends Bella and Gigi, earlier this month.
Tinashe possibly hung out with Griffin, Kendall’s ex, to get under the model’s skin, but it looks like Tinashe is officially not interested in basketball players anymore.
