Tinashe and Blake Griffin might be using each other to annoy their respective exes Ben Simmons and Kendall Jenner. In the ongoing saga of breakups, cheating allegations, and “Kardashian shit,” the singer and Detroit Pistons star were spotted hanging out together in Las Vegas, Page Six reports.
The drama began two weeks ago, when reports claimed the Philadelphia 76ers rookie had dumped the “2 On” singer for doing some “Kardashian shit” like "calling up paparazzi."
Simmons totally unhinged this rumor by not getting less Kardashian shit, but more as he coupled up with Kendall, an actual member of the Kardashian clan. The couple has been spotted now at multiple locations in both New York City and Beverly Hills. They even went on a double date with fellow NBA star Devin Booker and Kylie Jenner’s BFF Jordyn Woods.
Of course breakups happen and NBA stars especially are prone to rebound, but what makes this new relationship troubling is that reports claim Jenner and Simmons have been dating “for weeks,” before Tinashe and the rookie reportedly split.
Tinashe’s brother said as much in a series of tweets, claiming Simmons cheated on his sister.
Meanwhile, Jenner split from her previous NBA boo Blake Griffin earlier this year, not long after he was traded to the Detroit Pistons. The two were caught avoiding each other at Coachella back in April. Simmons and Tinashe were also spotted avoiding each other on Friday, at Hyde Sunset in L.A. to celebrate the birthday of co-owner Frankie Delgado.
It’s unclear if Tinashe and Griffin’s meet up was anything more than a friendly hang out sesh, but it’s not unlikely that the two shared a heart to heart about their exes and how weird the whole situation is. “Blake watched Tinashe perform,” a source told Page Six. “They were also at the same VIP table.”
