Kanye West Shares Release Date of Pusha T's New Album

Teyana Taylor's album will arrive shortly after.

G.O.O.D. Music is looking to dominate summer 2018.

Shortly after he announced the release of his solo album and joint project with Kid Cudi, Kanye West provided an exciting update on Pusha T’s next project: It’s dropping May 25.

Pusha appeared to confirm the news minutes later.

Many assume it's the long-awaited King Push, though it's unclear at this time what the project will be called.

During his 2017 Made in America set, the Bronx-bred rapper told the crowd he and Kanye had recorded the album several times.

“[Kanye] comes in and he picks all the beats and shit. And then, he hear the beats, and he scraps ‘em and says ‘I can do better,’” the rapper said on stage. “He had done that shit like three times [...] So these past two months, we have just been locking in day for day, night for night, getting this album perfect for y’all.”

He's also claimed, on several occasions, that the project would become “Album of the Year.” That would be an impressive feat considering the slew of other G.O.O.D. Music drops headed our way. And we're not just talking about 'Ye's. The label's first lady Teyana Taylor is also expected to drop a project on June 22. Fans are theorizing it'll serve as the follow-up album to 2014's VII.

Stay tuned as more information about the projects become available.
