It sounds like Drake and Young Thug have a collaborative record in the vault.
Nearly one year after More Life was released, producer Bricks Da Mane shared a throwback Instagram photo of Drake and Thugger in the studio working on the ambitious project. Thug had appeared on two More Life cuts: “Ice Melts” and “Sacrifices” along with 2 Chainz; however, Bricks says the rappers had actually recorded another track that has never seen the light of day.
The producer didn’t reveal many details about the song, but he did tell fans that he would provide a sneak peek on one condition.
“We actually did another song that hasn't been released,” he wrote in the caption. “Tag @akadmiks til 2500 comments and I'll play the sneak peek.”
As of press time, the post had garnered nearly 2,300 comments within 20 hours; so, it’s safe to assume Bricks will share the teaser sometime very soon. And considering he used the term “sneak peek,” there’s a chance we’ll eventually get the full version, as well.
