Too Short is facing another round of sexual misconduct allegations.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper is being sued by Teana Louis, who claims Too Short sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions from June to October of 2016. Louis said she was introduced to the artist at the end of 2015, and went on to develop a working relationship with him in the following months, eventually producing a song together in April of 2016. Louis claims that it was at this time Too Short—birth name Todd Anthony Shaw—began sexually harassing her. About two months after they created their first song, Too Short allegedly assaulted Louis in a hotel room in downtown Los Angeles.

The documents state the rapper threw the plaintiff on a bed, held her down, and began performing oral sex on her. Louis also detailed other instances of sexual assault that occurred in hotel rooms or the recording studio. She claims on one occasion, she was left bleeding after Too Short had forced himself onto her.

According to TMZ, Louis is suing for sexual battery, sexual harassment, gender violence, gender discrimination, as well as false imprisonment.

In March of 2017, Too Short was accused of raping an artist who was once signed to his label. Too Short vehemently denied the allegations.

“I have NEVER had nonconsensual sex with anyone, ever. I have directed my lawyers to vigorously combat these ridiculous claims,” he wrote in a statement. “I have not been contacted by the LAPD about this matter and doubt I ever will be. If I am, I will direct my lawyers to fully cooperate and turn over 100’s of text messages and other evidence that will prove this woman is falsely accusing me. Thanks for your support.”
