Quavo and Travis Scott have apparently been stockpiling some fire for their joint project.

One of this year's most anticipated projects is the long-awaited joint album from Travis Scott and Quavo. The currently-untitled project would be the culmination of a strong series of collaborations between the two, and after a pair of tunes hitting Beats 1 back in April, only hints of the album have been via teases from Travis.

We haven't heard anything about this release since early '17, so it was dope to hear Quavo speak on it during a recent Migos interview with Montreality.

Around the 2:22 mark of the above video, Quavo said the album is "going to drop real, real soon. Soon as I get some time," he says. What's dope is that Quavo and Travis appear to have been on a roll: "We've been making a whole bunch of records; we got a lot of records together right now, we've probably got like 20 records, we just need to get some time and just sort 'em out."

So that's that. Migos were also asked about their highly-anticipated album Culture 2, which Offset called a "masterpiece." Later, Quavo cleared up confusion over a "lost" hard drive. He explained he never lost it, and that he was just "looking for it." He also had something to say about Migos' run and moment in the game right now.

"We in a time right now where we setting a trend," Quavo says. "We started this whole lil wave, we started the whole genre, we started the whole flow, the whole melody. Ain't nobody right now who can say they ain't took our flow at one point in their career. We ain't tripping, we never did trip. Hip-hop has changed in a big way. We changed it."

Sounds like a bunch of facts to me. Check out the full interview up above.
