If you have been watching season two of HBO's Insecure, there are two constants to take away as it heads into the season finale this Sunday. Issa Rae's self-titled character, Lawrence (Jay Ellis), and Molly (Yvonne Orji) will continue to spiral down the messiness that is their respective lives, and there will be a fire soundtrack  to accompany each pivotal moment.

In August, Issa released the track list for the official soundtrack of Insecure featuring Jazmine Sullivan, Bryson Tiller, and more. The album comes out on Friday.

One of the standout artists from the 23-song album is SZA, who garnered plenty of praise for the unabashedly honest lyrics on her debut project Ctrl. For the Insecure soundtrack, the 26-year-old delivered a new song titled "Quicksand," and you already know that you're going to have this track on repeat on "Tuesday and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday." Basically, the song should keep you "satisfied through the weekend."

Prior to releasing her debut album in June, SZA was writing songs for artists like Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, and Rihanna. She has since carved a niche of her own, and stepped out of the shadow of her Top Dawg Entertainment label mate Kendrick Lamar. Now, everyone from Issa to Maroon 5 wants a little bit of SZA's magic touch. Listen to "Quicksand" over at Apple Music and iTunes, and make sure to check out the rest of the Insecure season 2 soundtrack as well. You can also stream "Quicksand" below via Spotify.
