Staring at your mobile phone is the last thing you should do while you're driving. If you get caught using your iPhone or BlackBerry while steering through traffic in certain states, you may find yourself with a couple of points on your license. That said, there are some apps that can really make your driving experience all the better. Last week, a new app dropped called DriveMeCrazy which lets you report bad drivers or try to contact cute ones. Aight, so that's not the most useful, but there are a bunch of apps, available for all platforms, that can greatly help you out while you're behind the wheel. From the best in-phone navigation system to an app that will help you avoid speeding tickets, check out the Top 9 Driving Apps available for download.
